At Brushes & Beans Cafe, it is especially helpful for us to be able to plan seating arrangements. We always welcome walk-in guests as space allows, but we recommend a reservation to guarantee your spot! Make your reservation at the bottom of this page. GENERAL PARTY INFORMATION: FOR PARTIES 15-20 PEOPLE

Searching for a place to celebrate a birthday, bachelorette, bridal or baby shower? B&B is the place to be!

- All parties will take place in our main seating area, which will be open to the public.

- Guests are able to bring snacks for their event. PLEASE NO PIZZA OR LARGE CAKES.

- At the time of booking, a non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure your reservation; $25 of your $50 booking fee will be credited the day of your event, as a discount off of your final bill.

- If you need to reschedule your party, you can so only ONCE. Rescheduling more than once will result in forfeiture of your booking fee and will be required again for future party reservations. Refunds can occur only if the party is canceled a minimum of 10 days in advance of your event. Call us at (724) 519-2030 to plan the details, or for any other questions or concerns.

- If you wish to rent out one of our main seating areas, there will be a booking fee of $500 for a 2.5 time slot. Please call (724) 519-2030 for inquiries about parties of 30+.

CHILDREN'S PARTIES: AGES 8-16

- Children's parties are for ages 8 and up ONLY. We can accommodate up to 10 painters and 2 adult supervisors, for a total of 12 guests.

IF MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE ARE PRESENT ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT, A $20 FEE PER ADDITIONAL PERSON WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL.
